About the site name Risque Cutie
I wanted something different. Something that reflected the characters I do. While I was talking to the other IchiNichi Girls I asked what did most of them have in common? Crystal said that they were risque in a cute way. Nothing wrong with that. I found out that the Japanese would call this "barubaru". Cute yet unintentionally sexy. So Risque Cutie came into being. Just as a note - I do not consider myself sexy *_*

Costume Arts?
I've decided that although most people know this as cosplay I do a lot more than just that. I make costumes/outfits/replicas of many different genres including original designs and also spend a lot of time working on accessories and jewelry to go with what I create. I try to be as accurate as possible and therefore cosider it to be more than just running around in a costume. It's a form of art.

When was this site created?
Risque Cutie hosted by Ichinichi Girls was created in Oct 2004. I've had a Geocities site since 2000.

Why All the Jpop Costumes?
My friend and I started a group that covers various Japanese music - mainly Jpop - and at the events we perform at we try to match the song with the costumes the original singers wore. Loads of people like it and some of the costumes are fun to make.

And the Lolita Fashion?
I've loved the Lolita Fashion from Japan for a long time and have finally been able to draw the ideas I have and make my own designs.
In the near future I hope to make available some of these for people to buy ^^

Why did you take down some of the galleries?
For a couple of reasons. Ichinichigirls.com hosts several sites and to be fair we split the amount of room for each. Also some costumes I no longer intend to wear or really care to focus on with newer costumes coming along. I didn't see the need to waste space on them ^^

Who makes your costumes?
Unless otherwise noted I do ^^ I've been sewing since I was eight, but I still like to learn new things and try to do something different with each costume/outfit I make. I make the accessories and props most of the time too. They're one of my favourite parts about cosplay. I also style any wigs that are used.
